Commercial floors live a different life than residential. They get spilled on, dragged across, and walked on by hundreds of people a day. We spec accordingly: site-finished commercial-grade waterborne polyurethane (Bona Traffic HD or equivalent), denser species like white oak and hickory, and tight schedules that get you back to revenue fast.

Can you work in an open restaurant during service?
We can isolate sections with hard barriers and work zone-by-zone. More common is a multi-night close with us starting at 11 PM and out by 8 AM.
Do you handle gym/dance floor systems?
Yes — we install and refinish maple gym floors and have done a number of yoga and dance studio refinishes.
