What we collect
When you fill out a contact or quote form, we collect: your name, email, phone number (if provided), town, ZIP code (if provided), and the project details you choose to share. That's it. We don't run tracking pixels, ad networks, or behavioral analytics on this site.
How we use it
Strictly to follow up on your request. Tim or Steve calls or emails you back, we book an estimate, we put together a proposal. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except a transactional email service (Resend) used to deliver our reply.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained for active project follow-up and warranty purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@ksfloors.com.
Cookies
We use a single secure cookie when an admin signs in to /admin. No analytics cookies, no marketing cookies, no fingerprinting on the public site.
